Using movement and breathwork, this class aims to build a solid foundation in strength, flexibility and breath capacity. It includes the use of breathwork to increase oxygen capacity, mobility movements to limber the body, yogic postures to balance flexibility with strength and meditative techniques to still the mind.

TAI CHI

Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese martial art that combines slow, flowing movements with deep breathing and mindfulness. It promotes balance, relaxation, and the cultivation of internal energy (Qi), benefiting both physical and mental well-being.

QI GONG
