jennie cantwell - founder

Jennie opened Koru Wellness with a vision to provide a safe space for everyone to nurture their wellbeing. Having spent 15 years in New Zealand and while working for a Māori organisation, she saw how a genuine holistic approach to work and life, had better outcomes in overall health and wellbeing, improved family life and connection, and leads to a greater sense of purpose and motivation.

Amelia davies - yoga & Dance

Amelia is a professionally trained dancer. After falling in love with yoga, she decided to train as a yoga teacher in both Vinyasa & Yin styles. Amelia's classes emphasise the power and connection with breath, whilst also finding freedom within our own movement. She is also a qualified children's yoga teacher, having found a real passion for the importance of mindfulness and movement as a fundamental part of a child's development and growth.

geraldine griffin - mindfulness

Geraldine has over sixteen years experience working as a psychotherapist. Her therapeutic approach is under-pinned by mindfulness principles combining ancient wisdom practices on compassion and mindfulness with current western psychotherapeutic theory. Geraldine has distilled much of what she’s learned as a therapist, as well as her own personal mindfulness meditation practice spanning over two decades, to offer mindfulness classes/workshops to groups.

ita morrissey - cermonial cacao

Ita is a heart led guide and server of Sacred Cacao, a curious explorer of the heart and a devotee to it’s power. She holds a safe space to dive deep within, dropping out of the busy mind and into the harmony of the heart. The ceremonies are a journey of self discovery, awakening and the pursuit of authenticity. A place where the beauty of vulnerability is celebrated and the power of connection is strengthened. Ita aspires to always live from the heart and be guided by her spirit.

ivana maricic - yoga & meditation

Ivana is a yoga teacher, Pilates & aerobic instructor, meditation and Cacao ceremony host. Her yoga class is a well rounded, intelligently designed class to calm the nervous system, relax the mind, strengthen the body and provide general sense of well being. In meditation she teach the tools to reclaim the physical body so that we can really get in touch with ourselves. Ivana’s greatest wish for all of us is to enjoy our beautiful vital bodies, befriend our extraordinary creative minds, live our true divine nature, relax and smile more.

jamee marie lewis - pilates

Jamee is a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor and facilitates our Pilates mat class. She teaches an open level class, so whether you're a newcomer or seasoned Pilates enthusiast, her class is suitable for everyone! In the class, the focus is on moving your spines in all directions, full body strength and getting that heart rate lifted.

Aoife & Lorna are passionate breathwork & qigong instructors dedicated to guiding the community towards vitality and self-discovery. They empower people to tap into their innate healing capacities, reduce stress, enhance wellness, and cultivate inner peace. Whether you are new to breathwork or looking to deepen your practice, they offer a supportive environment to explore and expand your understanding of your breath.

kathryn geoghegan - yoga & reiki

Kathryn’s main aim is to calm the heart. Kathryn found Kundalini yoga during a stressful time in her life. The power of Kundalini yoga is in the all encompassing nature of each class, meaning that in each class you practice breathwork, posture, meditation and mantra leaving you paradoxically relaxed and energised. Kathryn also teaches Reiki. Reiki was one of her first loves and she teaches how to use Reiki intuitively. Reiki is a profound energy healing that anyone can learn to use and it greatly enhances wellbeing.

laura cullen - sound bath

Laura is qualified in Sound Therapy, Shamanism and Energy Healing. During her training she discovered the benefits firsthand as her own healing and transformation took place. She trained in Sound Therapy as a 1:1 practitioner and a group facilitator. While training in Andean Mystical Shamanism she discovered the benefits of Shamanic Journeys and how it allows a person to connect with their inner self for guidance. Laura provides a safe space for relaxation and calm as she combines Sound Baths and Shamanic Journeying.

lucy heary

Lucy is an Empowering Learning facilitator, NLP Master Practitioner, Magical U trainer and N.S.Teacher. Lucy brings songs, stories and creative learning to children of all ages, helping them flourish and grow in confidence. Lucy also facilitates group workshops and individual sessions to create wellness for children who learn differently. Using breathing, grounding and visualisation techniques, she shows children how to let go of anxiety and develop emotional resilience.

sinead cranwell

Sinead teaches Qi Gong and Tai Chi. Both practices are an ancient art of connecting with your body through gentle opening and movements. Sinead will guide you to connect, ground and harmonise your body to help you let go stress or congested energies. Regular engagement in Tai Chi and Qi Gong nurtures a harmonious connection between mind and body, creating a sense of calm, resilience, and overall vitality.

kate condell

Kate is a HSE Respiratory Physiotherapist and yoga teacher. With an in-depth knowledge of the importance of breathing and moving well, Kate combines these passions in a yoga class that includes Pranayama (breathing control), Asana (postures) and meditation. Kate can also offer 1-1 appointments for those who wish to be seen prior to joining her classes.
